At Famtoys, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Return Eligibility Products can be returned only if:
The product is damaged
The product received is wrong
The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Used products
Products damaged after use
Refund Process Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method Refund will be issued to the original payment method or bank transfer in case of Cash on Delivery orders.
