We take care to pack every toy carefully. If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right.
Eligibility

•  Returns are accepted only for damaged products received.
  Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

A clear unboxing video showing the damage is required. Please record it while opening the package.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
  Product must be returned with its original box and packaging.

  After Verification
  Once we verify the damage, we will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

  Cancellations
